By downloading, installing, or using YTSub Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
YTSub Pro is a Windows desktop application that allows users to search Yt, preview videos, and download media files. The App is provided by MK Graphix ("we", "us", "our").
3. Free & Premium Plans
The App offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. The Free plan includes limited features including downloads up to 720p and 128 kbps audio. The Premium plan unlocks all features including 1080p, 4K, 8K video, 320 kbps audio, playlist downloads, video tags, and thumbnail downloads.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Download copyrighted content without permission from the copyright holder
- Use the App in violation of Yt Terms of Service
- Redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
5. Copyright & Content
YTSub Pro is a tool that facilitates access to publicly available Yt content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content. We do not host, store, or distribute Yt content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always work correctly, be available at all times, or be free of bugs. Yt may change its API or terms, which could affect App functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Graphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
