Yes. YTSub Pro has a Free plan that includes core features: search, preview, downloads up to 720p, and 128 kbps audio. A Premium plan unlocks higher quality formats, playlist downloads, video tags, thumbnail downloads, and more.

YTSub Pro is currently available for Windows 64-bit. macOS support is planned for a future release and will be announced in the app notification system.

All downloaded files are automatically saved to Downloads/YTSubPro in your Windows user folder (e.g., C:\Users\YourName\Downloads\YTSubPro). A folder opens automatically after each download.

Free plan: 240p, 480p, 720p. Premium plan: all Free formats plus 1080p, 4K, and 8K (where available on Yt).

Paste a Yt playlist URL into the search box and press Enter. Once the playlist loads, click Download Full Playlist. This is a Premium feature. All videos download one by one with a live progress counter.

Click the ♥ icon on any video card to save it to Favourites. Open the Favourites panel from the top bar, choose a quality from the dropdown, then click Download All. Videos will download sequentially.

Yes — this is a Premium feature. Open a video, scroll to "Thumbnail Download" in the video panel, and click Download Thumbnail. The highest available quality is saved to Downloads/YTSubPro.

This is a Premium feature. Open a video and scroll to the "Video Tags" section in the panel. Tags load automatically and can be downloaded as a .txt file by clicking Download Tags (.txt).

No account is needed to search and preview videos. An account is required to download files and to use the Favourites feature. You can sign up with email or Google.

Open the app, click Plans & Pricing in the footer, and choose the Premium plan. You'll be guided through the payment process. Premium unlocks immediately after payment.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings inside the app. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. We use secure third-party payment processing. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Close and reopen the video. If the error persists, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Yt occasionally limits stream access — trying again usually resolves the issue.

Cancel the download using the × button on the progress bar, then try again. If the issue persists, check that the video is publicly available and that your internet connection is stable.

Yes. The app is safe. SmartScreen shows this warning for apps from smaller publishers that don't yet have extensive download history. Click More info → Run anyway to proceed with the installation.

Ensure your internet connection is active at startup (the app connects to our servers for configuration). If slowness persists, try restarting the app. Make sure your Windows GPU drivers are up to date for optimal performance.
